1. About these terms

These terms apply to the website zonansystem.com and to every product, subscription and service sold on it by Zonan System Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16418093), registered office 2nd Floor, College House, 17 King Edwards Road, Ruislip, London, HA4 7AE, United Kingdom ("Zonan System", "we"). By creating an account or placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time SMS code. Keep your phone secure: anyone with access to it can sign in to your account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Payments are made in cryptocurrency, either through our payment provider's secure page (where you choose the coin and the amount is converted at the provider's rate at the moment of payment) or by a direct transfer to a wallet shown at checkout. Network fees are paid by the sender. An order is confirmed when the full amount has been received and confirmed on the blockchain. Coins sent to a wrong address or network cannot be recovered by us.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions run for the period you buy (monthly, quarterly or annual) and are not renewed automatically: you renew from your account before the end date. Free trials end automatically. When a subscription ends, your data is kept for 30 days so you can renew or export it.

5. Refunds

If a product or subscription does not work as described, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will fix the problem or refund you in the same cryptocurrency at the USD value of the order. Custom development work is governed by the project agreement.

6. Support

Support is provided through tickets in your account, Telegram (+447931926079) and phone (+44 7988 968841) during business hours (UK time).

7. Acceptable use

You must not use our software for unlawful purposes, attempt to break its security or resell it without our written permission.

8. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
